A super cheesy, “Ronco-style” commercial for “TRIBAL KNOWLEDGE: Business Wisdom from the Grounds of Starbucks Corporate Culture” (Kaplan Publishing, 2006). While this commercial is a joke, the book isn’t. The author, John Moore, is a former longtime Starbucks marketers and in TRIBAL KNOWLEDGE, he shares insider knowledge on how Starbucks found prosperity from selling a commodity.
