New Research: 99% of Consumer Goods Leaders Are Going Direct-to-Consumer



Salesforce’s Heike Young reveals key data on how consumer goods companies are evolving their strategies for direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales. Roughly half (54%) of consumer goods leaders say their D2C strategies are just on-par with the industry, despite the fact that 99% are investing in D2C.
