What would make this fun?

This idea can be a really a tough one to step into when you have so much conditioning around everything needing to be a struggle and trauma that teaches you you don’t deserve to feel good.

Having fun is feeling good! And there are WAYS to have fun. Taking the pressure off, permission to make a mess, permission to make what you want to see, permission to let go of the shoulds…

Realising that WE get to decide how we feel about our experiments, how we feel about our choices, what we deem worth our time and energy. And it doesn’t have to look anything like what anyone else says or values.
